- This standard specifies the test equipment and instruments, sample preparation, test methods, parameters and procedures, testing and records for evaluating the fluorine resistance of the insulation structure of motors used in hermetic refrigeration compressors (hereinafter referred to as motors). This standard applies to the insulation structure of single-phase or three-phase motors with a power of 90kW or less working in R12, R22 or R502 refrigerants.
