- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage conditions of food additive triglycerol monostearate. This standard is applicable to products obtained by esterification reaction of glycerol after controlled condensation and stearate, the main component of which is tripolyglycerol monostearate on average. The product can be used as food emulsifier, defoamer, etc.
