Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements of three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) used in hermetic refrigeration compressors. This standard applies to motors with a power of 0.37-90kW that work in R12, 22 or R502 refrigerants.
