Scope

This standard specifies the setting of wood physical and mechanical test material collection sites, sample wood selection, sample wood harvesting, test material interception and recording, test material numbering and transportation. This standard applies to the collection of test materials required for the study of the physical and mechanical properties of wood in standing trees of various tree species.
