Scope: This standard specifies the test methods for the size, charge, detonation velocity, detonation, explosion sensitivity, moisture resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, flame sensitivity, tensile strength and other properties of industrial detonating cord (hereinafter referred to as detonating cord). This standard is applicable to the detonating cord with TEAN or RDX as the drug core, wrapped with fiber or plastic and coated with a moisture-proof layer. This standard is not applicable to individual test items in some special-purpose detonating cords, and the methods should be implemented in accordance with the corresponding technical standards.
