Use the provision at 252.225–7049, Pro-hibition on Acquisition of Commercial Satellite Services from Certain For-eign Entities—Representations, in so-licitations for the acquisition of com-mercial satellite services. If the solici-tation includes the provision at FAR 52.204–7, do not separately list the pro-vision 252.225–7049 in the solicitation.
