Scope

This standard stipulates the purpose, content and requirements of the oil-water cooling device performance and heat balance test, the basic requirements for the test locomotive, as well as the test error and instrument accuracy. This standard applies to electric or hydraulic transmission diesel locomotives and diesel locomotives powered by diesel engines. Matters not covered in this standard are allowed to be decided through consultation with relevant parties in the test.
