This standard specifies the technical requirements for thin copper-clad epoxy-glass-cloth laminates with limited flammability (hereinafter referred to as thin foil-clad laminates). This standard applies to thin copper clad laminates (excluding copper foil) with a thickness not greater than 0.8mm. The thin foil-clad boards involved in this standard are mainly used for the manufacture of multilayer printed boards, and are also suitable for the manufacture of single-sided or double-sided printed boards. The model of thin foil-clad board involved in this standard is CEPGC-34F.
