Scope

This standard specifies the thermal cycle test method and test equipment for electroplated coatings on plastic substrates. This standard is suitable for evaluating the temperature change resistance of the electroplating layer on plastics, and the test results indicate the bonding strength between the electroplating layer and the substrate of the electroplating part.
