Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of paper and pulp based on Kubelka-Menko theory. This standard is applicable to various white or near-white laboratory sheets and papers that do not contain fluorescent substances. Their internal reflection factors should be greater than 50% and their opacity should be less than 95%.
