- This standard specifies the requirements for all aspects involved in the process design of high-level radioactive waste storage plant. This standard applies to the design of high-level radioactive waste liquid and its concentrate storage plant produced by the reprocessing of spent fuel. For storage facilities with equivalent radioactivity concentrations and waste liquids containing multiple long-lived radionuclides, they should also be used as a reference when designing.
