- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. for the centralized control device of the electrical part of the power station. This standard is applicable to the centralized control devices (hereinafter referred to as the centralized control devices) of the electrical part of the ground installed in substations or power plants of different capacities in power systems and other industrial and mining enterprises. This standard is the basis for designing, manufacturing, testing, storing and transporting centralized control devices and formulating their product standards. This standard does not apply to local control devices integrated with primary equipment and control devices that directly control circuit breakers with a computer keyboard.
