This standard stipulates that the textile samples are exposed to sulfur monochloride gas, and the gray scale is used to evaluate the discoloration of the samples before and after the ammonium hydroxide treatment. This method is suitable for determining the color resistance of various textiles to sulfur monochloride vulcanization under normal conditions of rubber cold vulcanization.
