Scope
This standard specifies the subdivision and numbering of the basic scale topographic maps of the moon, and provides the sheet numbering, longitude and latitude calculation formulas and examples of various scale topographic maps. This standard is applicable to 8 scales of the moon including 1:2 500 000, 1:1 000 000, 1:500 000, 1:250 000, 1:100 000, 1:50 000, 1:25 000 and 1:10 000 Framing and numbering of topographic maps (hereinafter referred to as "topographic maps").
