- This standard describes the test principle, definition of terms, test equipment and instruments, test result evaluation and test report of metal pipe hydraulic test. This standard is applicable to the hydraulic test of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal pipes at normal temperature, used to test the quality and strength of metal pipes, and to show their defects.
