- This part of JT/T 645 stipulates the technical requirements for the establishment principles, treatment processes, system facilities, structure design, and sewage recycling system of sewage regeneration and utilization systems in highway service areas. This section is applicable to various types of sewage recycling and treatment projects in highway service areas, and can be used as a technical basis for environmental impact assessment, construction of sewage recycling and treatment systems, environmental protection acceptance of completed construction projects, and operation and management after completion.
