This part of SN/T 3567 specifies the biosecurity measures, testing objects, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, and testing procedures for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis using the cross-primer isothermal amplification method at border ports. This section applies to the screening and testing of human Mycobacterium tuberculosis and bovine Mycobacterium tuberculosis at border ports, as well as the laboratory rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in entry-exit personnel at border ports.
