Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of polyester strapping for cotton packaging. This standard applies to the production, testing and use of polyester strapping tapes for cotton packaging (hereinafter referred to as "polyester tapes").
