Scope

(a)In this subpart-Agency means-(1) An Executive agency as defined in 5 U.S.C. 105; (2) The Library of Congress; and (3) Any other entity that is not part of an Executive agency, for which OPM has approved establishment of one or more scientific or professional positions under 5 U.S.C. 3104.
