GB/T 32192-2015
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of withstand voltage testers. This standard applies to AC (power frequency) and DC withstand voltage testers (hereinafter referred to as "testers") with digital displays and analog (pointer) indications with a maximum output voltage not higher than 15 kV, and also to other instruments that meet the above conditions Test the withstand voltage part of the test instrument. This standard does not apply to voltage testing instruments whose output voltage is pulse voltage or transient voltage, such as the inter-turn impulse voltage tester.
