Scope

This standard specifies the size and allowable deviation, weight, shape, length and allowable deviation of hot-rolled hexagonal steel and octagonal steel. This standard is applicable to hot-rolled hexagonal steel with a distance across flats of 8-70mm and hot-rolled octagonal steel with a distance across flats of 16-40mm.
