Scope

This part of SN/T 4184 stipulates the basic requirements for import and export synthetic fiber inspection, result evaluation and failure treatment, as well as inspection record requirements. This section applies to the inspection of imported and exported synthetic fibers by entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies, including short fibers, tows, slivers and filaments.
