This standard specifies the classification, raw materials and additives, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic cutting boards. This standard applies to plastic cutting boards made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) as the main raw materials and molded by injection or compression, also known as plastic cutting boards (hereinafter referred to as "cutting boards").
