Scope

This standard specifies the penetrant detection method (including fluorescence method and coloring method) and defect grade classification for opening defects on the workpiece surface. This standard is applicable to the detection of surface opening defects on pump product parts (hereinafter referred to as workpieces) made of metal materials.
