This standard specifies the measurement method of cooling fan noise for reciprocating internal combustion engines, including laboratory measurement (engineering method and simple method) and on-site measurement (simple method). This standard applies to cooling fans equipped with reciprocating internal combustion engines (hereinafter referred to as engines unless otherwise specified) equipped with the applicable scope of GB/T 6072.1, as well as other cooling fans for which there is no suitable standard.
