Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, standards, packaging, transportation and storage of vacuum dough mixers. This standard applies to vacuum dough mixers (hereinafter referred to as dough mixers) that add flour to a certain amount of water and then knead the dough in a vacuum state.
