- This standard specifies the methods, procedures and technical safety requirements for the airtightness inspection of conventional liquid carrier rocket launch sites. This standard applies to the airtightness inspection of tanks, gas cylinders and pressure accumulators of conventional liquid launch vehicles (hereinafter referred to as rockets) at the launch site. The airtightness inspection of the rocket in the factory can be used as a reference.
