- This standard stipulates the classification method of process defects and mechanical defects of military electronic equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment), the general types of defects, the specific content and number of light, heavy and fatal defects in various defects, and the identification criteria. This standard applies to the process inspection and final inspection of various military electronic equipment, the formulation of product specifications, and the drafting of contract documents (or contract appendices). This standard does not apply to aerospace, missile systems and electronic equipment with additional special requirements.
