Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of praseodymium and neodymium oxides. This standard applies to praseodymium-neodymium oxides extracted from rare earth ores and NdFeB permanent magnet materials, which are used for electrolytic preparation of praseodymium-neodymium metals and additives such as glass and ceramics.
