Scope
This standard specifies the order content, size, shape and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of iron-chromium-aluminum foil materials for metal honeycomb carriers. This standard applies to the cold-rolled foils used for metal honeycomb carriers of motor vehicle exhaust catalytic converters, and also applies to the cold-rolled foils used for metal honeycomb carriers of non-road internal combustion engine exhaust catalytic converters. Cold-rolled foils (hereinafter referred to as foils) for metal honeycomb carriers of exhaust gas catalytic converters in chemical, petroleum, gas and other industries can be used as a reference.
