Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, acceptance and performance, testing, operation, maintenance, nameplate, packaging, transportation and storage of a complete set of blue carbon tail gas waste heat recovery and utilization devices. This standard is applicable to blue carbon enterprises that use blue carbon tail gas to use direct combustion to build, expand, and rebuild complete sets of waste heat recovery and utilization devices with high temperature and high pressure and the following parameters and a single unit capacity of less than 125 MW for power generation or heat supply.
