Scope

This part of SN/T 0626 specifies the sampling and inspection methods for exported quick-frozen water chestnuts and the determination of inspection results. This section is applicable to the inspection of sampling, packaging labeling, sensory, impurities, weight, microorganisms, heavy metals, pesticide residues and additives of exported water chestnut slices, granules and whole water chestnuts processed with fresh raw materials and processed by the single-unit quick-frozen process.
