- This standard specifies the terms and definitions and identification procedures for imported and exported automobile remanufactured parts and components. This standard is applicable to the identification of six types of remanufactured products such as starters, generators, water pumps, oil pumps, steering gears and automatic transmissions for imported and exported automobiles. The identification of other remanufactured automobile products for import and export can also refer to this standard.
