- This part of SN/T 4238 stipulates the requirements, issuance and conformity assurance review of quality and safety compliance statements for imported and exported industrial products. This part applies to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies (hereinafter referred to as the inspection and quarantine agencies) that are included in the "Catalogue of Entry and Exit Commodities Implemented for Inspection and Quarantine" (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalog") and other laws and administrative regulations that must be followed The declaration of conformity of imported and exported industrial products inspected by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agency shall implement the conformity assessment procedure of conformity assurance review. Imported and exported industrial products outside the Catalog that are subject to supervision and spot inspections may refer to the implementation.
