- This part of SN/T 4238 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, procedures and management for the acceptance of inspection results of imported and exported industrial products. This part applies to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies (hereinafter referred to as the inspection and quarantine agencies) that are included in the "Catalogue of Entry and Exit Commodities Implemented for Inspection and Quarantine" (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalog") and other laws and administrative regulations that must be followed The inspection results of imported and exported industrial products inspected by entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies shall be accepted and the acceptance work shall be supervised and managed. Imported and exported industrial products outside the Catalog that are subject to supervision and spot inspections may refer to the implementation.
