- Scope
- The International Standard describes methods for the determination of main elements in biogenic solid fuels or their ash; these are Al, Ca, Fe, Mg, P, K, Si, Na, Ti. The determination of other elements, such as B. of barium (Ba) and manganese (Mn), is also possible using the methods described in this International Standard. This International Standard contains two parts: Part A describes the direct determination on fuel; this method also applies to sulfur and trace elements; Part B provides a method for determination on ash produced at 550 °C.
