Scope
The ISO 6259 series of standards specifies a method for determining the properties of thermoplastic pipes in tensile testing, including the following properties: stress at yield point; Elongation at break. This part of ISO 6259 is applicable to all types of thermoplastic pipes, regardless of their intended use.
