Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance and operation management of wastewater treatment projects in the petroleum refining industry. This standard applies to wastewater treatment projects of petroleum refining enterprises and can be used as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, feasibility study, design, construction, installation, commissioning, acceptance, operation and supervision and management.
