Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, testing methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of low-mercury catalysts used in the synthesis of vinyl chloride. This standard applies to low-mercury catalysts for vinyl chloride synthesis with mercuric chloride as the active component and activated carbon as the carrier.
