Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, methods, test interruption processing, etc. for performance testing of marine boiler oil burners (hereinafter referred to as burners). This standard is applicable to the performance testing of mechanically ventilated burners and is not applicable to the performance testing of naturally ventilated burners.
