- This part of JT/T 697 stipulates the compilation principles and classification of basic data elements such as basic road transportation information and road transportation management business information, basic data elements, and data element value ranges and value range codes. This part applies to the design, development and application of e-government systems for transportation authorities at all levels and road transport management agencies at all levels, and for the horizontal and vertical data collection, exchange and shared. Other applications such as road transportation enterprise application system development and inter-industry data exchange and sharing can be implemented with reference to this section.
