- This standard specifies the calculation of energy consumption in port loading and unloading production design, as well as the calculation and evaluation of comparable energy consumption in port loading and unloading production design. This standard is applicable to the calculation and evaluation of unit energy consumption of loading and unloading production in the feasibility study stage of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of fixed asset investment projects in domestic seaports and river ports, and can be implemented as a reference in the preliminary design stage.
