This standard specifies the sample preparation, storage and microbial metabolism inhibition detection methods for the detection of total antibiotic residues in imported and exported animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the screening and testing of total antibiotic residues in (raw material) meat, animal offal, eggs and milk in animal-derived product markets, food factories and laboratories.
