Scope
This section supplements functions such as emissions, environment, accident or post-accident monitoring that are not included in EJ/T 1097-1999. This section applies to central control systems in nuclear facilities without reactors where achieving or maintaining radiation protection is the direct goal. These systems perform the following functions:  ——Radiation monitoring of plant emissions:  ——Interlocking of control functions to prevent or mitigate the release of radioactive materials due to accidents;  ——Radiation and environmental monitoring functions to enhance monitoring and response to accidents ;  ——Provides information to process control or safety systems for control or interlocking functions. In some nuclear facilities, these functions may have greater safety importance than the functions specified in EJ/T 1097-1999. This section applies to integrating radiation monitoring functions into central control systems, but does not directly apply to the design and testing of detection and measurement devices. The requirements for these devices should comply with their current standards. This section specifies the integration of functions of equipment such as those described in GB/T 7165.1-2005, GB/T 7165.2-2008, GB/T 7165.3-2008, GB/T 7165.4-2008 and GB/T 7165.5-2008 into plant digital Go into the system. This section gives the requirements for system-level components (central computer, subsystem computers, operator consoles and interconnectors).
