Scope

This standard specifies the ultrasonic inclination angle flaw detection test method for full penetration butt welds of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates (hereinafter referred to as aluminum) with a thickness of 5 mm or more, using a flaw detector of the basic indication using the pulse reflection method. Additionally, the method of classification of test results is specified in Annex A.?
