Scope

This standard describes methods for measuring and determining the central beam intensity and associated beam angle of reflective lamps. It applies to general purpose incandescent, tungsten halogen and gas discharge reflective lamps, as well as special purpose lamps such as projection lamps. does not apply. These recommended conditions relate only to the design test of the lamp.?
