- This standard specifies the dimensions of high-speed tool steel rods and their allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, and requirements for packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to hot-rolled, forged, peeled, cold-drawn and bright silver high-speed tool steel rods not larger than 120mm, and its chemical composition is also applicable to ingots and billets.
