Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of high-speed tool steel plates. This standard applies to cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness not greater than 4mm and hot-rolled steel sheets with a thickness not greater than 10mm.
