High performance liquid chromatography detection method and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry detection confirmation method. This standard applies to α-zearacol, β-zearacol, α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol and other animal-source foods such as pork, chicken, fish, beef liver, milk, eggs and canned meat. Qualitative confirmation and quantitative determination of zearalenol, zearalenone and zearalenone residues. Liquid chromatography is not suitable for pork samples.
