Scope

These rules apply to the approval of institutions that provide non-destructive testing services for the production, operation and use of special equipment as stipulated in the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations". For approved items, see "Classification of Approval Items for Non-destructive Testing of Special Equipment" Table" (Appendix A).
